Sex offender was living in woods behind Dartmouth elementary school, police say

DARTMOUTH - Dartmouth Police announced on Thursday that they had arrested a sex offender who lives in the woods behind an elementary school.

Robert McGrath, 47, lived in a camp behind Potter Elementary School, according to police. He was arrested around 5:20 am on Thursday.

McGrath, now homeless, was charged with not registering as a level 3 sex offender,policesaid.
